DANCE WORKSHOPS

Hardknock Dance workshops will offer a choice of Contemporary, Modern, African and Street Dance; with an extended range of techniques available to school play schemes, festivals and for professional theatre productions. A theme and a dance routine can be choreographed and performed to the school/centre at the end of the project.

We provide organisations/ schools/ youth clubs tailor made workshops to suit the needs of their group or project. We believe in the importance of channelling young peoples energy in a fun and creative discipline that encourages physical expression and values group participation.    

Students are given an introduction to techniques including personal safety guidance and are encouraged to have lots of creative control in all aspects of the workshops.

Our most popular workshop is Street Dance run by Kenrick Sandy who heads Boy Blue Dance Company.
